Give each style a role
A simple portrait makes the face easy to see. A photo taken during a real activity can show how you spend time. A supposedly candid frame that hides your face may add little to the profile.
Compare the set
- Keep one clear face-led image.
- Add a genuinely different setting or activity.
- Remove repeated expressions and camera angles.
- Check that every image looks like you now.
Asking a friend to photograph you while you make coffee is still a planned picture, but it can be a truthful representation of an ordinary moment. There is no need to invent an accidental backstory.
Avoid staging a different life
Borrowed props and exaggerated activities can make a profile less coherent. Choose scenes you can comfortably discuss. The strongest mix is recognisable and varied, not a contest to make every frame appear unposed.
